I brushed Trav’s little toothsies for the first time today. Both teeth are not fully out yet (about halfway out), but I figured why not initiate good dental habits early? Luckily while I was at Mall of Asia (the second biggest mall here in Philippines, the place receives about 200,000 ppl daily), I found the perfect set of toothbrushes for him. The set contained three toothbrushes to be used in varying stages. Stage 1 & 2 can be used for the early milk teeth (stage 1 for 2-5 milk teeth, stage 2 for 6-10 milk teeth) and stage 3 is used for when the full set of milk teeth comes in. I didn’t use toothpaste since I didn’t have any baby toothpaste on me so I just brushed it with some water. He liked getting his teeth brushed. I’m assuming the ridges on the toothbrush massaged his gums.
