Last night, Joseph and I were talking about what we would for for Travis’s 1st birthday. I know, it seems so far off (7 months away), but time flies by so fast that I know it’ll just be right around the corner. When that day comes, I’ll be thinking to myself, “Where did time go?” with a hint of sadness in my thoughts (because who really wants their baby to grow up).
Anyway I think we’ve decided on a good theme for his first birthday. I think we’ll go with a carnival theme! Of course this could change in the course of a year, but I think for now it’s a good start. I got the idea after browsing through Parents magazine yesterday. I’m thinking a popcorn shaped cake, lots of balloons, lots of bright colors, maybe a clown, and games!
